Cancellation
Projects can be cancelled before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

• No refund will be issued once the project work has started or milestones are completed
• Partial refunds may be considered if work has not been completed

Service-Based Work
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once resources have been allocated.
